The Amazing Adventures of Noah

So you may be wondering - "What has that little boy been up to these last few weeks?" And the answer is "Plenty!". Let's see. First there was our vacation to S. Cal. There we met up all sorts of adoring family - plenty of Great Aunts and Great Uncles and Great Grandma Mary to keep me well entertained. Playing with Baby Jack at his house and meeting Baby Lily was especially fun. And who needs Disneyland when you can ride the escalator for free at Barnes and Noble? I made Mommy and Daddy take me up and down at least a dozen times! And in an effort to keep me happy on that long ride home Mommy and Daddy bought me lots of new books and toys. Stopping by Grandma and Grandpa Aroner's house was a great way to end our trip. I like to help Grandpa in his garden. When do you think he will let me drive that tractor???

Once we got back there was plenty more family to keep us busy. Mommy's Uncle Larry and Aunt Kathy (not to be confused with Daddy's Uncle Larry and Aunt Kathy - how confusing!) and Nicholas came to visit. Nicholas is a lot of fun to be around - I even bestowed the honored title of "dada" upon him. Then Grandma and Grandpa Aroner and Uncle Joe came up as well. Wow 6 people and 5 dogs visiting all at the same time - it was like a party! We went to the aquarium, ate Ghiradelli Hot Fudge Sundaes, walked around Carmel, went to the tidepools, and ate clam chowder at the wharf (not all on the same day!). I hope they come again to visit soon!

With all that excitement it was a bit hard to settle in to a regular routine this week. My days have been filled with important business such as seeing if I can fit one more handprint/smudge on the sliding glass door and the refrigerator, testing how waterproof the universal remote is by placing it in the dog's water bowl (Mom is glad to report that they are fairly waterproof), and timing how long you can spray the cat with the hose before he will decide to run away (amazingly fairly long - PJ is such a tolerant kitty). With all these "experiments" needing to be done, I can't understand why my parents are shocked that I don't want to go to bed at night.....

  • Hi Noah,
It was so good to see you and Lily loved meeting you too! Next time she will be a bit older and will be more fun to be around. Just give her some time! I have some great pictures of you that I am going to send your Mom and Dad.

    Love,
    Aunt Kathy
